LG TEK has exchanged the memorandum of understanding (¡°MOU¡±) with Nexus Community (President & CEO Mr. Jae Hyun Yang) specialized in CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) in our conference room on 4th April 2000 for the CTI business alliance. With this LG TEK has concreted its bases for the solution development and marketing together by sharing CTI technologies and information collaboratedly with Nexus Community. LG TEK - PABX developing and having VMS(Voice Mail System) and NEXUS Community having CTI middleware and call center solution have agreed to develop the call center solution initially to provide to Chunbuk Taxi Associations. And both companies are planning to advance into overseas markets including China through development of next generation messaging system basing on UMS (Unified Messaging System) of the integration of VMS, FMS and VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol)
