A Business Coalition Conclusion with the Standard

The LG Tek (www.lgteklco.kr representative, Yung-Ha Park) has had concluded a business coalition with the Standard Laser System Incorporation (www.slsre.com representative, Soo-Chan Kim) as of a guarantee for the domestic and foreign sole right in relations to the laser applied wireless radiant communication therein. In according to the indicated conclusion, the LG Tek has had gained the domestic sole right towards the Standard Laser System Incorporation¡¯s invented laser applied wireless radiant communication (national relay, mobile communication, ITS) and the IMT-2000 business while it also earned the sole right towards the China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar excluding all other Asia as well as Africa regional works. The senior head of the department, Mok-Hyun Kim, at the LG Tek of who has had progressed the strategic business conclusions, has had assumed the full charge over the SLS¡¯ technological development while taking over the marketing for the wireless radiant communication system of LG Tek simultaneously, proclaiming to maximize the advantages of both companies. Meanwhile, throughout the present coalition, the LG Tek has prepared its footstep in advancing to the Asia and Africa regions with the inferior communication systems along with the security of a technological bridgehead in futuristic communication system as well.
