LG TEK advances to computer telecommunication integration (CTI) business. On 8th of march, LG TEK has entered a strategic alliance with Gongyoung DBM (represented by Jung Soo Kim http://00db.co.kr), which is a supplier of Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution, to advance to the CTI market.
So far, LG TEK has simply supplied equipment to domestic CTI companies. But, beginning with the alliance, it will now get into the CTI market by developing solutions for CTI and Internet telecommunication integration (ITI). Gongyoung DBM will supply LG TEK with CRM solutions, and LG TEK will develop and sell call center solutions combining the 'SOX' series, its CTI system, with CRM for small and middle-sized companies. The developed product will be a CTI solution applicable to all small and middle-sized companies to provide the functionality of areas such as client management, sales support and a call center.
