Selected as a company superior in 'NEW LABOR-MANAG

LG TEK has promoted a partnership in between the labor and management. Through the labor-management conference, we have shared the business results and invited the labor union to all the areas of management. In 2000, the company adopted ¡°The Labor-Management Joint Declaration¡± that promotes a company as the small but strong and leading the future, by solidifying the competitive foundation of the 21st century based on participating, cooperative, and value-creative relation of the labor and management

The catch phrase of this year is ¡°The 21st century is for the prepared¡±. Concluding that our future depends on the ability and skill of the staffs, the most important resource of the company, we plan to exert every effort in cultivating the human resource, by employing such as the ¡°compulsory credit system¡±.

Young Ha Park, the president of the company, and Jong Seong Han, the union leader, participates together in the construction site meetings and social gatherings among the building sites. It is a part of effort to listen to the voice of employees in the construction sites and to find solutions for any complaints. Their participation also encourages the employees to have the ¡°can-do¡± spirit. The company views the site-oriented ¡°open management¡± as the image of ideal labor and management. In addition, we continue to practice the ¡°best treatment to the most talented men¡± and ¡°complete discharge of the obligations in the labor and management¡± based upon the cooperative relation of the labor and management.

LG TEK plans to achieve the sales target of 170 billion won of which is 30 % more than that of the last year as through concentrating on the new environmental business and increasing the sector of information and telecommunication, based upon the trust in between the labor and management.
