Strategic alliance with KOREA FINANCE TECHNOLOGY I

LG TEK(www.lgtek.co.kr, the CEO Young Ha Park) announced on the 23rd that it had entered a strategic alliance with Korea Finance Information Technology (the Representative Seok Oh Kang) for developing a joint computer telephone integration (CTI) platforms and arrears the management solution technology. Through the alliance, LG TEK plans to develop and put an advanced solution in the market as that enhances the turning rate of receivable by adopting the arrears management solution technology of Korea Finance Information Technology on the CTI products (SOX series) of the company. The product of both companies put on the market emphasizes an efficient management of the receivable. It will establish the internal criteria of evaluating the receivable as such as the arrears management and risk estimation while providing the various contact channels to customers. LG TEK expects that many companies will adopt the product in the future due to the low price compared to existing relevant solutions. The company explained additionally that it would secure a foundation to perform a consulting business in all areas of CTI domain as by adding the receivable management solution to the existing customer relation management (CRM) and Internet telephone integration (ITI) solutions.
