LG TEK processed a company-wide workshop for achieving the business goals of this year and realizing profit-oriented management at the Seoye Hall of the Seoul Art Center in the Seocho-dong on the past 1st of which the representative, Young Ha Park, and 70 directors and managers had participated. In the workshop under the title of, "Today! Will you stay here or will you proceed ahead?" the participants drew various plan to break through the rapidly worsening business environment due to the national and international economic slump as well as the shrinking market, to achieve the business goals of 2001 and to realize the profit-oriented management in each business division and team. In his opening speech, President Young Ha Park requested that the company should fundamentally create the profit to complete the role as a member of the country and the society, and all the managers and staffs must recognize themselves to be responsible for realizing the profit-oriented management.
