Release of the CTI platform new version.

LG TEK announced that it would release the new version of CTI new platform of SOX series in the beginning of September. Since this version has various CTI functions, it contains basic call center function such as IVR, recording function etc. And this can integrate the various telecommunication environment of small and medium sized enterprises by the provision of ¡°HOT desking¡± for mobile office and UMS with TTS platform, VoIP for the sale personnel and ¡°remote existence¡± with the VoIP platform for home office solution. LG TEK plans to put the focus on the solution based businesses shifted from the just equipment marketing then and LG TEK also plans to do marketing the CRM solution, Call Center solution with the SOX platform. In order to do this, it will rearrange the existing marketing channel by the middle of next month and recruit the new sales partners.
