LG TEK was appointed as SOLUTION PARTNER for IP Telephony("IPT") by CISCO Korea on the 17th of April 2002 IPT SOLUTION PARTNER system has been made in order to expand the market share of enterprise voice communication solutions and applications within Korea. Through this appointment, LG TEK is planning to provide various CISCO IP Telephony solutions in Korea and carry out marketing in collaboration with the existing CISCO partners. LG TEK plans to adopt CISCO AVVID solution as its PBX and supply this to corporates. IP Telephony system ("AVVID") to be provided by LG TEK will integrate the diversified corporate IT environment by using the existing LAN equipment and further, this will build the infrastructure for the provision of forthcoming multimedia services. As a next generation equipment integrating corporate PBX and VoIP will maximize the ROI of existing LAN equipment in a short period. This solution is fitted the best to enterprises having many branch offices, and companies communicating with overseas offices frequently, and companies having old PBX equipment. LG TEK is planning not only to provide the CISCO products but to do consulting, installation, maintenance and other value-added solutions.
