The business communication team of this company and LG LG CNS opened 'SPoC(Single Point Of Contact) center in LG Electronics Gangseo Building, in order to settle all problems that occur in relation with IT.
LG CNS SPoC center started service seriously since the day for LG Electronics, LG Philips LCD, and LG Micron. The SPoC system is operated by the 1st treatment group through single point of contact, and the 2nd supporting system group that is organized with experts. The 1st treatment is performed with the established DB when a company staff asks for trouble settlement for IT related problems. When the problem is not available to solve by the 1st treatment, the request is transferred to corresponding expert through the system, then the 2nd treatment is performed. Accordingly, major part of the business is settled with only 1st treatment of SPoC center, thus transparency in service is available through systematic management and analysis from the occurring of hindrance to settling the problem. The result of managing the SPoC center is expected to spread the SPoC system to the Chinese branch of LG Philips LCD and other LG affiliates in 2004. |
