GS Neotek (CEO Sung-Jin Choi) announced on the 14th that it won a contract to build an IPCC for Mediawill’s Seoul Flea Market Paper. This IPCC is a distributed call center based on an ALL IP network which enables Mediawill to operate a distant management system for its call center workers using its existing system in Busan, minimizing investment costs. Furthermore, the new system is expected to greatly enhance customer service by employing quality customer service representatives who telecommute. GS Neotek has recently been expanding its clientele by constructing a call center for Haansoft, the “SPoC (Single Point of Contact)” center for LG CNS, and by providing IP PBX Solutions for the Consular Call Center run by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
