GS Neotek conducted corporate restructuring on the 26th. This move is aimed to develop future business strategies to lay a foundation for sustainable growth by upgrading business structure, and to secure a specific action plan for visible performance.
As a result, the firm was streamlined to gain a more competitive edge of conventional projects and to upgrade business structure fostering future growth engines. The existing Information and Communications Technology and System departments were merged into the Information and Communications Technology and Electronic Generation Department, and a business operation organization based on teams was newly set up with a division to pave the way for future growth by strengthening business selection and concentration. In addition, the company founded a local subsidiary in Vietnam as it entered the country’s market, and set up a branch in Yeosu to strengthen its business foundation in the city. Through this restructuring, 35 were promoted, one being to assistant managing director. 01/06/2006 |
