GS Neotek (CEO Sung-Jin Choi) is moving aggressively in the IPT (Internet Protocol Telephony) market by constructing large scale contact centers for Hyundai Logistics, HCN and Meritzfire.
GS Neotek announced on the 11th that it saw the biggest growth in the UC (Unified Communication) area among Cisco partners last year building contact centers for Hyundai Logistics, HCN, and Meritzfire along with winning contracts to build an integrated call center for Daekyo and Mediawill.
In particular, GS Neotek built an IPT contact center accommodating 500 seats and an integrated IP call center with 350 seats allowing local system operators of HCN to manage the call center simultaneously. This is the first time for a major MSO (Multiple System Operator) to open an integrated IP contact center for the operation of its single nationwide network.
Hyundai Logistics also launched an IP contact center, increasing the number of its customer representatives from 70 to 120 and integrating local call centers to Seoul’s call center. The MSO implemented a specialized web-based customer service and IP call center equipment which can accommodate more than 30, 000 calls a day.
Meritzfire established an IP contact center by taking the best advantage of its existing IP-based equipment to reduce investment costs.
Vice President Gi-Jung Nam of GS Neotek said, “As the introduction of an IP contact center can improve business efficiency and reduce costs, it is in great demand among public organizations and companies, so our company will move more aggressively to expand into the IPT and IP contact center market.
