Successively wins corporate IPCC projects
As our IT business division has recently won the projects for the IP Contact Center (IPCC) implementation of Green Non-life Insurance, Aju Auto Lease, and Neowiz respectively, GS Neotek will provide the customer centers of these clients with Cisco’s IPCC products, along with our "WiseN" service. "The WiseN service has proven to be excellent for the operations of customer centers of companies, which receive many customer inquiries and find it essential to quickly respond to them," said an IPCC official. "Accordingly, we are planning to expand the market in the future to include not only general enterprises, but also financial and public institutions." |
