[Press Release] Company-wide workshop for the first half of 2008 GS Neotek held the executives and managers’ workshop to review the business performance of the 1st half of 2008 and business plan for the 2nd half at ‘Seoul Kyoyuk Munhwa Hoekwan' in Yangjae-dong on July 25th. At the workshop where performance reports by SBU were followed by panel discussions, the rising prices of raw materials in mechatronics, sophistication of the business structure, and expansion of overseas business opportunities emerged as important issues, and though the IT business entered into a stage of stable revenue, responses to and breakthrough measures against the sluggish growth due to changes in the external environment were discussed. In a wrap-up, Mr. Sung Jin Choi (CEO of GS Neotek) said the first-half performance met the goal in quantitative terms, but asked attendees to make further efforts to help the company grow in the second half in qualitative terms as well. |
